fostering social inclusion, creativity, and lifelong learning. To
support and develop artistic expression and cultural
initiatives by creating opportunities for amateur and
professional artists, cultural groups, and organisations to
collaborate, reherse, perform, and develop their skills at local,
national, and international levels.
