TraciaLand Association (Asociația Europeană pentru
Promovarea Turismului și a Tradițiilor Tracia Land) is a
Romanian NGO operating at national level, dedicated to the
promotion of cultural heritage, sustainable tourism, traditional
crafts, local identity and intercultural dialogue.
The organisation aims to preserve and promote tangible and
intangible heritage, support rural communities, encourage
youth participation in cultural initiatives, and foster sustainable
development through tourism and education.
Main activities include:
Development and promotion of cultural and eco-tourism
routes
Organisation of cultural events, festivals, workshops and
educational programmes
Promotion of traditional crafts, gastronomy and folklore
Community engagement and local capacity building
Partnerships with public authorities, cultural institutions and
international organisations
Development of communication and awareness campaigns
related to heritage and sustainability
The association also supports digital promotion of heritage and
innovative approaches to valorising traditions in a
contemporary European context.
